Zaragoza is the World Capital of Garnacha. The Zaragozan origin of this grape variety is not new, but the ambition to make Zaragoza the capital of wine tourism and gastronomic tourism is. This region boasts three designations of origin—Calatayud, Campo de Borja, and Cariñena—that produce the best Garnacha wines in the world.
